Hej en liten undran angående bränsletrycksregulatorn, vet att den ser till att hålla ett konstant bränsletryck till insprutarna, men hur funkar den har aldrig tagit sönder nån för att kolla, vid trimning är det ju nästan ett måste att höja bränsletryck för att få in lite mer soppa i blandningen bl.a. för att slippa spikning, är säker på att nån av er har koll på detta. La precis in en fråga under Mektips där jag tänkte att vi kunde berätta om våra erfarenheter så kom igen ni alla där ute som sitter inne med en massa tips och kunskap, dela med er

Bränsletrycksregulatorn (BTR) fungerar på så sett att den har 2 kammare med ett membran som skiljer dem åt.

Bränsle i den ena kammaren och luft och en fjäder i den andra.
Fjädern bestämmer grundtrycket.
kammaren med luft är på våra (och de flesta andra) kopplad via en vakuum slang till insuget.
Säg att bränsletrycket ska vara 3 bar. detta är jämfört med trycket i insuget. vid tändning till och motor av kommer det att ligga nästan exakt på 3bar på vår manometer som vi kopplat in, det som kan göra att det skiljer något är atmosfärtrycket.

ok vi startarmotorn och står på tomgång. Nu är gasspjället stängt och det är en massa vakuum i insuget. Vi säger -0,5bar.
För att göra det enkelt för datorn i bilen att ge rätt bränslemängd så sänker vi bränsletrycket i bränsle systemet jämtemot atmosfärtrycket med lika mycket. Genom att vakuumet drar membranet mot sig och övervinner en del av fjäder kraften.

Resultat, 2,5bar på vår manometer,alltså jämfört med atmosfärtrycket.
Men jämfört med insugetstryck är det fortfarande 3 bar.

När du har +0,5bars laddtryck blir det tvärtom.

För att höja bränsletrycket finns det ett fulknep......
man pressar ihop dosan lite försiktigt i ett skruvstäd. Typ 1mm i taget.
monterar mäter/testar. provar 1mm till om det behövs.
Har man pressat 1 mm för mycket så får man leta upp en ny BTR och börja om.
En ställbar BTR kostar ca 700kr. Det tycker jag det är värt.
