Problem med torkare, fram och bak + lysen?

jag har en volvo 480 es av årsmodell 1987.
Jag har ett litet problem med att när jag har batteriet inkopplat så lyser framlysena konstant, de går inte att stänga av.(inte pop-up)
jag funderar på om det finns något känt fel på detta.
Sedan har jag även problem med att torkarna fram och¨bak går konstant. Kan detta hänga ihop?

Jo se du att det är mina extra-ljus där fram (de som sitter närmst mitten om jag är otydlig) och så fort som man kopplar på batteriet på bilen så lyser de konstant, fast att bilen är av utan tändning eller annat.

Sen var det torkarna. De går också konstant men så fort man sätter på tändningen. Och dettan gäller både fram och bak-torkarna.
Jag funderade på om det kunde ha något med reläerna att göra men vet inte.
