Hag har två s 480 med samtliga fönsterhissar trasiga, det är ngn plastdetalj som håller lyftwiren som har gått sönder, tidigare har jag läst någonstans på nätet om hur man kunde laga detta, men jag hittar inte detta nu, är det någon som vet hur

Hej,

Ett nytt wire-stopp tillverkar man av 13 mm lång 4x4mm fyrkantstång. Fila ned de sista 3mm på ena ändan så att man får 3x3mm. Gå sedan tillväga på följande sätt:

1. Öppna huset till "wire-spolen" och lossa därefter wiren.
2. För hiss-släden (med det trasig wirestoppet) så långt ned som möjligt (demontera ev. stopp).
3. Bänd ut hiss-släden från skenan med hjälp av en skruvmejsel
4. Lägg sedan wire-änden på plats i hiss-släden och sätt ditt det nytillverkade wire-stoppet.
5. En liten bit av 3x3mm stången sticker nu ut. Slå till den utstående delen så att metallen vidgar sig och därigenom låser sig.
6. Pressa tillbaka hiss-släden in i skenan (smörj gärna med silicon så att det går lite lättare):
7. Trä sedan på wiren på spolen och placera den åter i spolhuset.
8. Testa elhissen innan montering i dörren. Går motorn trögt/låter illa så håller din motor troligtvis på att ge upp.

Har några bilder som jag skulle kunna skicka.

En alternativ lösning som kanske skulle kunna fungera är att sätta någon form av wirelås som förbinder wire och hissläden (i hålet där wire-stoppet satt från början). Detta har jag dock ej testat.

Jag har för mig att för att lägga upp bilder måste man ha lagt ut dem på en internetsida. Sedan länkar man bilderna från forumet till din sida. D v s du skriver in på vilken adress bilden befinner sig. Tryck först in knappen "Img", sedan adressen till bilden och sedan "Img"-knappen igen. Vips så ligger bilden där.
