Nu är första gången som jag ska utföra fullservice på min turbobil och undrar därför vilken olja den skulle må bäst av?

Själv kör jag med Biltemas helsyntet som funkar utmärkt använder dock inte deras oljefilter och tändstift utan det får bli original. Se till att byta tätningsbrickan vid oljepluggen. Oljepluggen ja, det kan ju vara bra att veta att det är en "skalle" på den som har ett fyrkanthål om du inte visste det redan, 8mm och köp en riktig fyrkanthylsa och inte något annat skit som bara förstör skruven.

Kör du med deras 5W–40 helsyntetsolja då? För jag var inne på att köpa 5W-40 helsyntet i vilket fall, men jag vill ju gärna vara helt säker på att den får så bra olja det bara går.

Vad jag har hört är att man skall akta sig för att ta för bra olja då man inte vet vad maskinen har gått på innan och en bra /fin olja kan lösa upp gamla avlagringar som man inte vill skall täppa till någon kanal el dylikt ...

Jag är ingen motorexpert men det känns ändå som att avlagringar och proppar kommer att ställa till med problem om man väljer en sämre olja också. Tror att det är större chans att man slipper problem om man väljer en fin olja som kanske ev. får avlagringar att lossna och gå "genom systemet" i tid än att låta det bli ett senare problem. Men jag vet inte. Man vill ju att allt ska funka alltid, men så är det väl aldrig, tyvärr..

ja jag vet inte men jag skall oxå byta nu till våren och vad jag vet så hällde förra ägaren i någon super fin olja men jag har inte märkt något... Kör på , viktigt att smörja turbon..

Ja, det var just turbon jag tänkte på. Hur mycket olja går det i våra bilar? Räcker en 4-litersdunk eller det är mer som ska i?

(För övrigt så har jag lagat popuplampan samt bytt avgassystem nu och ska besiktiga imorgon).

Jag köpte Castrol 5W-40 helsyntet. Det funkar säkert lika bra med Biltema, men jag har seglivade fördomar om serviceprodukter från Biltema. Jag hällde i Biltemas olja i förra vinterbilen samt köpte tändstift och diverse filter från Biltema till den och det gav givetvis inga problem, så.
