ET (offset) på fälgar

Hej,

Har en rent allmän fråga gällande ET på fälgar. Det skiljer 14mm mellan orginal och ett par fälgar jag kan köpa. Rent estetiskt så kommer hjulen lite längre ut, vilket ser lite fetare ut. Men, kommer vägegenskaperna att påverkas negativt om det är allt för stora skillnader?

Vilka ET-tal är normalt och hur funkar detta system? Jag har ett par vinterhjul som trots att de är smalare än sommardäcken sitter längre ut. Var ser man vilket offset som fälgarna har och hur mycket kan man ha utan att lager etc tar skada?

Köpte bilen i våras och har inte kollat så noga på vinterdäcken förrän nu när jag bytte. Det är inte originalplåtfälgarna som följde med bilen...

ET är ett tal bestämt av konstruktören på bilen, det ska passa för att uppnå de egenskaperna på fram/bakvagn man konstruerat efter.

ET, offset eller inpressning som det kallas på svenska är måttet mätt från centrum på fälgen till anliggningen i fälgcentrum. Positvt om fälgen sitter längre in än centrum (mest normalt) eller negativt dvs mycket fälg "sticker ut"

400 fälgarna 4x100 (skruvarx centrummätt mellan skuvarna) Et 37 navhål 52,1

På styrande hjul kan man få en ökad spårkänslighet om man har för mycket offset. På bakhjulen så brukar det inte göra någon större skillnad. Det som ökar är dock lagerbelastningen.

Är det någon som har SKF:s lagernr på dessa lagrena så skulle jag kunna räkna lite på de olika fallen.

Men ett offset på en skillnad 14 mm, det tror jag inte gör speciellt mycket. Bla så är det skillnader i vissa av Volvos fälgar med ca 10 mm. ET lägger alltså grunden till vart fälgen hanmar i hjulhuset, kan vara bra att kolla om man ska ha breda fälgar (så det inte tar emot när man styr ut)

Hej Jan!

Ett lågt ET borde ge högre spårkänslighet (däcket hamnar långt ut på fälgcentrum), men det hänger ju även ihop med hur bred fälgen är. Smal fälg kan ha litet ET (eller negativ) och ge samma funktion som en bred med stor ET (teoretiskt)

Breda däck ger oftast högre spårkänslighet.

En bil som man minskar ET på gör ju att fälgen hamnar längre ut, dvs spårvidden på bilen ökar, detta borde öka belastningen på styrningen och göra bilen mer spårkänslig (teoretiskt)

Jag har själv aldrig testat i verkligheten på 480, däremot så vet jag på min Corvette med 275:or fram var spårkänslig som f..n.

Så en liten justering i ET (10-15 mm) borde inte göra någon större skillnad. Breda däck desstu större.
