Hej

Fick anmärkning på ojämn bromsverkan fram vid besiktning, nu funderar jag på om man kan fixa detta själv, då jag inte vet om man kan mäta upp om man lyckats efter utfört arbete. Därför ville jag veta om ni har några ideer om hur man kan lossa problemmet.

Kan det räcka med att byta klossar och smörja upp glidytorna t.ex.?

Vanliga fel är som du säger, glidytorna eller (ovanligare)glidbultarna är rostiga. Har man tur så är det bara att lirka upp, helst demontera o rengöra med fil eller sandpapper.

I andra fallet så kan det vara kolven till oket som är fast. Men att renovera oken är lätt och man kan få bromsarna bra under lång tid. Om kolvarna sitter så pressa ut dom med hjälp av fotbromsen (obs, se till att båda kommer ut samtidigt, annars så hoppar den lättaste ut först)

Därefter så lossar du slangen något, tar bort oket, tar bort kolven. Sen är det bara att rengöra och sätta ihopa.

Oket lossas med 7 mm insex(bak) och hållaren för oket sitter kvar (brukar vara svårt att få bort utan gassvets) Och lossa gärna alla grejor innan du tar bort oket, mycket lättare då.

Du behöver 10, 14 mm ringnyckel. 7 mm insex (köps separat)

Du kan även få ut kolven ur oket genom att skruva fart en smörjnippel i slanganslutningen på oket och trycka ut den med en fettspruta. Detta sättet brukar lossa de mest fastrostade kolvar. Var noga med att göra rent oket invändigt från fett sen bara.

Jag har nu ombesiktat bilen med gott resultat, det räckte för mig att byta klossarna fram. Bromsklossar på höger sida var väldigt slitna och knapp någon beläggning kvar. På vänster sida var det ganska okej.
