Jag har en längre tid velat sänka min 480, men jag är lite fundersam med tanke på vägbulor och annat tråkigt de svenska vägarna har att erbjuda.
Ni som har erfarenhet, hur upplever ni bilen såhär i efterhand? Tar det ofta i? Bör man byta stötdämpare också? För och nackdelar?

Väldigt enkel frågeställning, känner någon att de har tips och tankar att dela så är jag tacksam för svar.
Mitt enda argument är egentligen att bilen blir extremt mycket trevligare att lägga ögat på.

Hej!

Har sänkt ett par bilar med gott resultat. Man får räkna med hårdare bil, framför allt om man sätter på större hjul. Inga större problem med markfrigång förrutom att spoilern fram gärna skyfflar mer snövallar.

Sänkning av kosmetiska skäl, då behäver man inte byta dämpare. Önskas bättre väghållning så rekomendera bussningar och stötdämpare. Rekomendationen är att man ska byta dämpare var 6-8 tusen mil! Det är många bilar som skulle bytt dämpare då!

Jag ska också sänka, men det är ganska stora skillnader i höjder mellan märken..

Vissa pratar om 30mm, som blir 15 på en turbo, då de är lite lägre än ES.
Planen är att lägga på 15" volvofälgar i sommar och sänka, men vad blir en snygg men ändå körbar sänkning? Den ska vara låg men inte ta i farthinder och sån skit. Jag skulle kunna tänka mig att sänka min 480 turbo minst 30mm, eftersom det är en skaplig glipa nu mellan däck och skärmkant.
