Tänkte att vi även under mektips kunde ha en tråd ang. vilket medel som är bäst att använda när man rengör och putsar sin 480's organ
De flesta här säger nog direkt, 5-56. Definitivt det du ska använda, men jag har även hört att lacknafta ska vara väldigt bra då det också lämna kvar en "oljig känsla" och smörjer delarna. För att inte tala om att det rengör alldeles utmärkt.
Finns det något annat medel som är värt att nämnas? Kom gärna med kommentarer och egna erfarenheter så att vi alla här i fortsättningen tänker en gång extra innan vi väljer rengöringsmedel.

Gör jag en hel motortvätt så är det avfettningsmedel som gäller.

Låt säga att jag tar ut något som....tomgångmotorn och vill få den rengjord. Visserligen känner jag till metoden där man sprutar in, skakar och häller ut 5-56 för att sedan repetera, men jag har funderat över det och tänker att det borde vara mer effektivt om man gör ett litet "bad" och lägger in tomgångsmotorn i detta bad av något rengöringsmedel.
Avfettningsmedel, CRC 5-56, CRC motortvätt, lacknafta eller något annat?

Lacknafta kan funka på metall, men det torkar nog ut allt gummi och plast, så skippa det och kör på vanlig kalla avfettning, det är mycket bra.

Kom ihåg att inte spola ner det i kommunavloppet bara, stå i en tvätthall för miljöns skull.
1liter olja förstör 1 miljon liter vatten. så tvättar du bort en sammanlagdmängd av 1 dl olja från din motor kan du förstöra 100 000liter vatten.
