Byta bromsskivor bak på en -88

Min vänstra bromsskiva bak har blivit helt nersvarvad efter att ok:et havererat. Jag åkte till biltema och köpte ett par nya skivor i tro att det skulle passa rakt på. Tyvärr så var det inte så enkelt utan att jag har en -88 och då är hjullagret integrerat i skivan. Efter en rundringning så så hittade jag ett par skivor, med nav, på micro som egentligen inte fanns i sortimentet. Köpte dem och plockade ner den gamla bromsskivan. Då såg vi att det var ett fast lager som var pressat in i skivan. Detta lagret får man inte loss första taget, då man inte har någon möjlighet att pressa eller knacka på yttrelagerbanan....Pratade med en verkstadskille som sa att det var ganska möjligt att lagret skulle spricka. Sedan verkar man inte kunna få tag på det lagret löst på något sätt heller. Man kan köpa en hel nav sats för 1500:-/st och köra på biltema skrivorna, men det känns lite dyrt. Det lagret måste gå att köpa löst på någotstanns (har kollat biltema, micro, mekonomen, EU-bildelar).

Har försökt leta upp någon skrot i göteborg som har en 480 -88 eller äldre där man kan ta skivan och lagret ifrån. Sedan så svarvar jag till skivan från skroten och den som jag har på höger sida. Lagrerna låter jag vara. Dock så verkar det inte finnas någon skrot som har en stående....

Det måste finnas någon annan smidig lösning på detta! Det kan inte vara så här krångligt att byta skivor bak!

Om det inte finns någon lösning, så för jag sätta tillbaks den gammla skivan. Problemet är att den är lite drygt 4mm tjock och ganska ojämn, dock ej rostig. Skulle det gå att köra med denna?!

Du kan köpa ett begagnat nav på en 88 och framåt (hela 400serien) då kan du nyttja dina lösa skivor. Det är nog det billigaste.

Kan man ta navet från en senare (äldre än -88) modell till min -88 med integrerat nav utan att det blir krux?

Dock så bör jag väl byta på båda sidorna?

Så det lutar nu åt att jag tar en skiva med nav från skroten och svarvar till. Jag har jag hittat några stakars 480 som står på skroten.

Intergrerade nav är samma som lösa nav, kan du ta från hela 400 serien. Volvo hade en kampanj under slutet på 80 o början på 90 då man kunde köpa navet för ca 100 kr. Senare modeller fick alltså löst nav under 88???. Att byta båda sidor är en smaksak. Det viktiga är att skivorna har lika utseende, dvs rena från rost o lika tjocka.

Kan inte hitta några skillnader i resevdelskatalogen. Skulle inte förvåna mig om det är samma lager i löst som integrerat nav.

Vad jag vet så har jag aldrig hört talar om glapp/trasiga lager. Dom verkar hålla bra/länge.
