Hej! Jag har en 480 ES -87 som bränsle mätaren inte fungerar på. Hur kan jag kolla sladdarna vid tanken? har provat med en testmejsel men den lös inte. Det måste komma ström ditt för när jag sätter på tändningen så börjar det att surra där?

Bränslemätaren består av en flotör, en arm och ett skjutmotstånd. När armen rör sig ändras motståndet.

I kontakten under baksätet (mittkonsolen) så är det Grön svart kabel till instrumentet och brun blå (ev gul) kabel som jordar.

Om du lägger full jord på grönsvart så ska instrumentet slå full ut (antingen full eller tom, troligen full)

Du kan ju även mäta motstånd mellan kontakten ner i tanken (1-3, enligt kablarna ovan) då bör du ha några hundra till kilo ohm där.

Det är inte ovanligt att tankgivaren har gett upp.
