Problem att starta pärlan...

Har läst på forumet om startproblem och det verkar som om det skulle kunna vara startmotorn som jävlas, men vill ändå skicka ut en förfrågan till alla kunniga i ämnet.
Så här är det, vrider jag på nyckeln så tänds alla lampor på panelen, batteriet är nyladdat (och ganska nyinköpt), förövrigt händer ingenting, efter några sekunder hörs ett svagt klickljud (kanske ngt relä).
Bilen går att rulla igång, när den väl gått igång så går den jämnt och fint.
Det är en Turbo -92:a.
Kanhända att min fråga är dum, men jag tar risken. Är det ngn som har ett svar eller ännu bättre, bor i Sthlm och vill/kan fixa bilen och tjäna lite julklappspengar.....

Några vanliga problem. Tändningslåsets kontakter slitna, kontaktstycket på batterikabeln dålig anslutning (följ röda kabeln från batteriet) eller så är det själva startmotorn (kol eller bussningar)

Sätter man ström direkt på flatstiftet till startmotorn via uttaget (finns ett uttag för att koppla på startmotorn uppe vid vänster skärm) skall startmotorn dra runt.

Tack Jonas, ska kolla startmotorn ASAP, bra att man inte behöver krypa under bilen (än), uttaget är det det som kallas diagnosuttag i rep.handboken?
Beträffande tändlåset, innan bilen krånglade så var man alltid varit tvungen att lirka och fippla med nyckeln innan bilen startade, kan mycket väl vara slitet.
Kan man ta ett tändlås från vilken 400-serie som helst?

Hej Peter!

Det förekommer två vanliga fel på tändningslåset. Del låskistan som kan bli sliten och dels kontaktsatsen till tändningslåset. Om låskistan kan spöka så du inte når startläget vet jag inte.

Men annars passar hela 400 seriens delar till din bil. Det går tom att renovera låskistan med delar från ett annat tändningslås.

Med nyckeln i läge 2 kan du trycka in en liten spärr som gör att du kan lirka tändningslåset rätt ut. (tryck med en liten insexnyckel eller motsvarande i det lilla hålet uppe i röret som låset sitter i.

Om man kan köpa bara låskistan är jag osäker på, en kodad från volvo är inte billig. Lättast är nog att skaffa en "ny" sats från skroten. Låskistan till t-låset är den som är svårast att renovera.

Skaffar du ett nytt t-lås så är det lättate att programera om dörrlåsen. Tag gärna ett par lås extra från skroten och demontera, så har du extra reservdelar. Det är bara att lossa täckkåpan på insidan, lossa spårryttaren och dra ut låskistan (gärna med nyckel i)

En sak att tänka på när man ska koda om låset är att plocka isär låset försiktigt. "Kodbrickorna" har en liten, liten fjäder som man får vara lite försiktig med. Tappar man en sådan så hittar man inte den igen... Det finns om jag minns rätt fyra olika varianter på brickorna. En siffra finns på dom, så att man lite lättare kan se vilken som är vilken.
